Product Introduction of RO Water Treatment System
1. Achieve deep filtration of water by increasing the pressure on water. In addition to general filters, reverse osmosis pure water equipment also has fine filters, granular activated carbon filters and compressed activated carbon filters. The fine filter has a finer filtering function than the general filter, and can better filter impurities in the water. As we know, activated carbon has a good adsorption and filtration function for odors and impurities. The reverse osmosis pure water equipment uses double activated carbon filters to realize the deep filtration of raw water and improve the filtration efficiency of the equipment. At the same time, it is also an innovation to enhance the filtration capacity by increasing the pressure of the water.
2. The core of reverse osmosis pure water equipment is the application of reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse osmosis membrane is a filter membrane with extremely small pore size. Using this membrane can realize ultra-fine filtration of raw water, and can divide water into high concentration and low concentration at the same time. Water with a higher concentration can be recycled and reused, and water with a lower concentration is pure water that can be used by humans.
The Basic Working Principle of RO Water Treatment System
After a special high-pressure pump, when the raw water is added to a pressure of 6-20 kg, the raw water permeates through the reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns under the action of pressure. Chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and virions cannot pass through, and are discharged with wastewater. Only water molecules and solvents with a volume of less than 0.0001 microns are allowed to pass through.
